Materials & craft

From tradition into the home.

Qubal pieces begin with Guatemalan materials and crafts. The aim is not to hide their origin, but to present them in a contemporary way that allows them to live in new contexts.

Textile · Guatemala

From textile into the home

Qubal’s textile compositions keep thread at the center and bring it into a contemporary wall presence. Each piece preserves its artisanal nature and is also available individually.

Ceramics · San Antonio Palopó

Hand-painted clay

Each plate retains the natural variations of handwork. Qubal presents plates individually or as compositions and uses a removable hanging system designed to hold the piece without drilling it.

Our Story

Guatemala is not a single discovery.

Qubal begins with a simple idea: Guatemala can be discovered in many ways — through its materials, symbols, crafts and flavors.

That is why we bring together pieces for the home, jewelry with meaning, and experiences around coffee and cacao, with a contemporary perspective and respect for origin.
